Running Clinics at BMCF
It’s time to dust off your running shoes and get ready for Spring running workouts and adventures! BMCF coach Janelle Conners will be hosting a Spring Running Clinic series at the gym starting Saturday April 2nd.
This will be a 3-week series, meeting Saturday mornings from 8-9am April 2, 9, 16 at BMCF.
You can come to one or all.
Members: $25 for all three or $10 drop-in
Non-members: $30 for all three or $15 drop-in
